About Elaine Glynn

With over 30 years' experience at the intersection of health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and leadership development, Elaine has helped organisations build cultures where people — and performance — thrive.

She has led national health initiatives, advised EU-level policy groups, created award-winning DEI programmes and steered organisations through accredited wellbeing frameworks. A sought-after trainer and consultant, Elaine has delivered hundreds of workshops and leadership sessions across public bodies, SMEs, and purpose-led organisations — always with warmth, clarity, and impact.

Elaine brings together strategic insight with deep sector knowledge, shaped by a Master’s in Health Promotion (University of Galway), postgraduate qualifications in Workplace Wellness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Trinity College Dublin), and a background in Communications (DCU).

Through Cultura Consulting, she partners with leaders and HR teams to turn good intentions into real change — helping organisations embed wellbeing, inclusion, and values into how work actually happens. Her approach is practical, evidence-based, and people-first — because when people feel good at work, they do great things.

About Sarah Bean

Sarah is an experienced leader with a deep belief in the power of culture to shape how people feel — and how organisations perform.

Before co-founding Cultura Consulting, Sarah spent over 30 years building brands through effective team leadership, strong customer relationships, and collaboration with partners. Her background spans strategy, marketing, and commercial operations, giving her a well-rounded view of what helps teams and organisations thrive.

Alongside her executive career, she has pursued a deep interest in workplace wellbeing as a driver of sustainable performance. The Postgraduate Diploma in Workplace Wellbeing (Trinity College Dublin) has given her research-led tools to address engagement, psychological safety, and healthy work systems.

Sarah has brought these principles into governance and advisory roles: as a Director of Common Purpose Ireland, influencing strategy and communications to develop inclusive leaders across sectors; and as Chair of the EDI Committee at Leinster Rugby, where she led the creation of a three-year EDI strategy and worked closely with committee members to bring it to life.
